That is really all I can say right now!
We have been so busy here at the shop the past few months that I have not even had time to sit down & update this and here it is almost the end of 2009!! WOW!!

We recently sent out a survey to our clients with questions like "What prompted you to purchase from our company?" and "What was something that caught your eye?"

The #1 answer was that we offered an array of color and finish options. This cemented our daily pondering on if we offer too many choices or not enough. When we started BMF one of my personal suggestions(actually it was more like a demand) was that we offered more than 2-4 color choices. I can't stand when I used to go into a store looking for furniture and I could pick from white, black, or brown! I mean Come On!! A chick needs some color in her life!

We recently were commissioned to build a few Farm Chairs and each one was to be finished a different color. The result was simply rainbow-licious and I wanted to share a photo here.

If I could be totally honest here, I am not up-to-date on how to effectively market and advertise our business and am playing catch-up these days. For years we were Web-based only and now that we are reaching a broader base outside (as well as inside) the World Wide Web, I am learning that it is a whole new realm out there.

How did this revelation come about you may wonder? Well, I recently had someone ask me about our brand and I am sad to say that I drew a total blank. I mean I had no idea at all what she meant and even the names Kellogg Cereal and Campbells Soup went through my mind when she said the word "Brand"(I guess I could be happy I wasn't thinking of cattle :) )

After she filled me in on the "scoop" I came back to the office and decided to embark on a journey to get our "brand" out there so that it is noticed and remembered.

This is a multi-part campain which includes a new Logo, Updated Website, and some surprise changes in the upcoming months.
